Shaundelle Darris, Founder/CEO

Shaundelle Darris is the Founder/CEO of Hersiliency, an organization devoted to improving collective wellness for BIPOC communities across the country.

Ms. Darris is an experienced facilitator who leads cultural sensitivity training for many agencies, organizations, and institutions across the nation. Through her public speaking, trainings, webinars, and consulting, she empowers organizations and individuals to dismantle institutional and cultural inequities that exist within current mental health systems. Her methodology helps organizations and individuals identify, address, and reevaluate unconscious and known bias affecting the BIPOC communities they serve. Her clients include Target, University of Minnesota, Minnesota Department of Public Safety, City of Minneapolis, and Mayor's Office of the City of St. Paul.

Ms. Darris serves her local Minneapolis/St. Paul community by providing safe spaces, mutual aid, workshops, and resources. Her goal is to reduce the debilitating stigmas experienced by BIPOC folks inside the collective wellness space. She has partnerships with several local organizations including The Coven, Resonance Rising, Lexington Writing Firm, Minnesota Women's Press, and The Power of 100.
